Has anyone used sculptures to make a room feel less empty?

I’ve been looking for something to put in a fairly empty corner of my living room, but I don’t really want another piece of furniture there. Thinking about a sculpture, maybe something abstract or a larger statement piece.

For those who have sculptures at home, do you find they actually make a noticeable difference to the space? Curious what styles or sizes worked best for you.

I’ve had a good experience with larger statement sculptures. They can fill an empty space without making the room feel cluttered, especially when you pick something with a strong shape rather than lots of small details. I was browsing https://overscaleart.com/ when I was looking for ideas, and they have some pretty interesting oversized pieces. Definitely worth looking through if you’re after something more unusual than typical wall art.
