Advanced CBT Content for Experienced Users

I want to know if an app's educational content is too general for someone who has already done some reading on psychology. One review said the suggestions felt just too general even though they were useful for beginners. I am not a beginner. Where can I find detailed critiques about depth and originality of CBT materials from users who already know basic concepts and want advanced insights, not recycled information?

Beginner content is useless when you already know basic psychology. One review said suggestions felt too general even though they were useful for beginners. I am not a beginner. I need depth and originality, not recycled common knowledge. Where can you find detailed critiques about CBT material quality from advanced users? The liven app review in UK includes honest assessments from someone who had already dug deep into psychological documents before using the app. They called the content AI tasting and too general. That advanced user critique saved me from wasting money on shallow material.
