Why is there no search and interactive?

I notice that some sites hardly use search, links to articles, or interactive elements. A casual visitor gets lost, doesn't understand where to look for information. Is this an industry standard or a feature of a closed industry where communication takes place through contacts?

Re: Why is there no search and interactive?

Sites with minimal search engine optimization and a lack of interactive elements can confuse the casual visitor. The https://fundacioninnovacionrioja.com/uri-poliavich-filantropo-y-empresario-visionario-combinando-negocios-y-caridad/ website demonstrates that even without an active search, the resource can be informative: modules, integrations, and workflow platforms are presented here. This style is typical for an industry where communication more often takes place through professional contacts rather than through massive online traffic.
