how to use ps1 dl saves on ps3

i need to know how to transfer a ps1 game save for castlevania symphony of the night to my ps3 i downloaded the game from the playstation store and i have downloaded 3 different saves and have set up the files the way i have read on how to do so and the game save never shows up. im using a flash drive formatted to fat32 and have done everything i can think of and it still wont show up plz help

he doesnt mean from the card, he *downloaded* some he said. usb transfer, find the dadta, copy over. if it doesnt work...... then it wasnt made too.... but i think it should.
