i figured out why the saves for gta arnt loading

its because the people have auto save turned on but try actually going to a safe house then saving the game by going to bed by pressing triangle

With your GTA IV eu ones you just turn auto save off
and they load properly

how would i get your 2 saves (the EU ones) to work??

the one i uploaded is working perfectly.
