     SECTION ONE - FOREWORD
===================================

Okay, well, this whole thing came about when WishGFX from the PSPUpdates forums asked me to
help him design a "PSP Theme Installer".
Of course, that went down the tubes, so I decided to use all the graphical shizzle I had
done for him anyway. No point letting good work go to waste.
I also noticed that there were no really good "Starter Packs" for the PSP, sure, there were
Homebrew Packs, but nothing realy did the whole shabang.

So, this here is the PSP Starter Kit.
