Description:
Homebrew developer slicer4ever dropped by at the QJ.NET PSP Forums to release Impact, his latest fun-filled game for the Sony Playstation Portable. Your goal is simple: make two objects meet halfway before time runs out.
The controls are anything but simple though. Sure, the top left object has normal directional controls but the bottom right object has inverse controls. To make it a bit more challenging, special tiles were added. White tiles are walls while the red and green ones act like traffic lights. Red slows you down while green speeds you up.
Here's a rundown of Impact's other features which are sure to keep you busy:
* a map maker
* 10 starter maps
* music
The developer acknowledged some bugs particularly a naming issue for the map maker and a tendency to get stuck between a green and a white tile. Don't worry though as developer slicer4ever all but assured us of a version 2.0 release together with its source code. In the meantime, enjoy shock jocks!
